Design & Build

The Pixel 10 Pro shares its 6.3-inch form factor with the standard Pixel 10 but is immediately distinguishable up close — a more refined material choice, polished Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on both front and back, and the Pro-exclusive colorways of Obsidian, Porcelain, and Moonstone give it a quieter, more premium character. The spacecraft-grade satin aluminum frame is the same across the series, and Pixelsnap magnetic Qi2 wireless charging is built in. IP68 water and dust resistance holds up under immersion, and the phone is built with the highest proportion of recycled materials ever used in a Pixel. At 8.5mm and 207g, it is slightly more substantial than the standard Pixel 10, reflecting the more advanced camera hardware inside.

Display

The 6.3-inch Super Actua LTPO OLED is a meaningful upgrade over the standard Actua panel. LTPO technology allows the refresh rate to drop as low as 1Hz during static content — preserving battery while the screen stays on — and ramp up to 120Hz the moment you start scrolling or interacting. At 3300 nits peak brightness, 2856 x 1280 QHD+ resolution, and with full Dolby Vision certification, this is a display that delivers cinema-grade visuals in a palm-sized form factor. Whether you’re colour-grading footage, reviewing photos at full resolution, or simply reading a webpage in afternoon sunlight, the Super Actua panel does it with exceptional clarity and comfort.

Performance

The Tensor G5 chip powers both the standard Pixel 10 and the Pro, but the Pro unlocks significantly more of what the chip can actually do. The additional 16GB LPDDR5X RAM (versus 12GB in the Pixel 10) allows more intensive AI processing to run simultaneously without competing for resources. Video Boost — a Pro-exclusive feature — uses cloud-based processing to apply advanced computational stabilization and quality enhancement to high-motion video in real time, producing footage that rivals dedicated camera rigs. Pro Res Zoom, described by Google as the largest AI model ever deployed on a Pixel camera, enables extraordinary zoom quality at distances that would reduce most phone cameras to blurry mush. Magic Cue, Gemini Live, Camera Coach, and all other AI features are fully unlocked and running at their highest capability on the Pro.

Storage

Available in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB configurations — all UFS 4.0 for fast read/write speeds. There is no microSD card slot. Given the 48MP camera sensors and 8K video recording capability, the 512GB or 1TB option is the practical choice for serious photographers and videographers.

Camera

The Pixel 10 Pro’s camera system is, by most measures, the best computational photography package available on any Android phone today. The 50MP main sensor (OIS, f/1.68) shoots sharper images with more natural color rendering, benefiting from a more advanced optical formula than the Pixel 10’s main camera. Video Boost stabilization turns handheld footage — even in fast-moving situations like sports events or concerts — into smooth, cinematic clips that look as though they were shot on a gimbal. The 48MP ultra-wide with Macro Focus maintains full resolution across its entire zoom range, from sweeping wide-angle views to extreme close-ups at just millimeters from the subject. The 48MP 5x telephoto adds Tele-Macro capability — a first for any Pixel — enabling macro-level detail shooting at the telephoto focal length for a completely new compositional perspective. Pro Res Zoom extends the telephoto’s reach to 100x with AI-assisted quality that remains usable at distances other phones can only dream of. The 42MP Dual PD autofocus selfie camera with a 103° field of view is the widest, highest-resolution front camera Google has ever put on a Pixel — capturing sharp group selfies and producing video call quality that is noticeably ahead of the competition.

Battery

The 4870mAh battery comfortably covers a full day of mixed Pro use — including camera sessions, Gemini AI processing, and 5G connectivity — and typically extends well into the evening. Wired charging at 45W gets the battery to 50% in around 30 minutes with a compatible charger. Pixelsnap Qi2 magnetic wireless charging at 15W snaps on cleanly with no cable required. Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL buyers also receive a full year of Google AI Pro, which includes expanded Gemini capabilities and access to the latest AI features as they roll out.

Connectivity

The Pixel 10 Pro supports 5G, Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be), Bluetooth 6.0 — an upgrade from the standard Pixel 10’s Bluetooth 5.3 — NFC, Ultra Wideband (UWB) for precise spatial awareness and device finding, and USB-C. Like the standard Pixel 10, it is eSIM-only with no physical SIM tray. Satellite SOS is available in supported regions for emergency communication when cellular and Wi-Fi are unavailable.
